David's Crosscuts Saws and Saw Sharpening
My name is David Brizendine, I have been working on crosscut saw for over 10 years. I have a great passion for vintage tools and the "old school" way of life. As a wildland fire fighter, I knew exactly what a "misery whip" was. I knew there had to be a better way.
Restoring and sharpening crosscut saws has become a passion of mine. I work endlessly to find the proper way to restore, sharpen and set crosscut saws. Close isn't good enough for me, perfect is. My crosscuts are fully restored by hand. I use no power tools, or machines of any kind. I take the extra time to ensure each saw is restored to as close to its original condition as possible. I take great pride in knowing that each saw is fully restored and ready for use.
